It’s so important that you think your way forward. It’s so easy to set a goal in the heat of a moment, but once you’ve set your mind and you keep it set— you’re going places! This will train your brain to expect success. Tell yourself, “I am going to achieve my goals!”
So, I don’t know about you, but I HAAAATE having bags under my eyes. BUT, when you’re not getting enough sleep, they have a way of rearing their heads!

For a long time, I struggled with bad acne. It’s a humiliating thing to have, as anyone knows. I tried EVERYTHING, but nothing seemed to work. In fact, the only thing those products would do (whether prescription or otherwise) was make it 1,400,400x worse!!!

A really great tip is, check out what’s in ALL the products i.e. Aloe Vera was in EVERY product one year, and that’s how I find my favourite, daily moisturizer! I’ve found lots of other useful tips through this form of research.
